14. Sharing experiences: Passivhaus Trust Open Days

Every year, Passivhaus buildings across the globe open their doors to visitors, sharing knowledge and experience. This year marks the 20th year of Passivhaus Open Days.

Whilst the EcoBungalow won't be a certified retrofit, it fully embraces Passivhaus principles and is a great case study for how to make an ordinary home more energy efficient. So I'm going to have an Open House Day on Friday 10th November. Slots can be booked on Eventbrite (see link below). This is an excellent opportunity to see a deep retrofit at its early stages, and talk to the client, architect and contractor about the project.
